Tomato and pomegranate salad
Ingrediënten
- 200 g rode cherrytomaten
- 200 g gele cherrytomaten
- 200 g roma tomaten
- 4 trostomaten
- 1 paprika
- 1 rode ui
- 1 teen knoflook
- ½ tl gemalen piment
- 2 tl witte wijnazijn
- 1½ el granaatappelsiroop
- 60 ml olijfolie
- 1 granaatappel
- 1 el verse oregano
- zout

Stap 1
In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, red pepper and onion (sliced in ½ cm cubes) and set aside.

Stap 2
In a small bowl whisk the pressed garlic, allspice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and 1/3rd teaspoon of salt, until well combined. Pour this over the tomatoes and gently mix.

Stap 3
Arrange the tomatoes and the juices on a large flat plate. Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and oregano and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
