  • 200 g sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 160 g flower
  • 100 g vegan butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 120 ml soy milk
  • 120 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla aroma
  • icing sugar

Stappen

  1. Stap 1

    Pre-heat the oven at 175 °C and grease a 18cm baking mold.

  2. Stap 2

    Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, salt and flower in a big bowl.

  3. Stap 3

    In a seperate bowl, melt the vegan butter and chocolate au bain marie.

  4. Stap 4

    Add the chocolate mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients. Whisk them together.

  5. Stap 5

    Put the mixture in the baking mold and bake it in the over for 25 - 30 minutes.

  6. Stap 6

    Let it cool down and serve with the icing sugar.
